Yala Rajabhat University and Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Strengthen Academic Ties

On April 22, 2024, representatives from Yala Rajabhat University, led by Acting President Asst. Prof. Dr. Sirichai Namburi, visited Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMY). Dr. Ir. Gunawan Budiyanto, MP., IPM., Rector of UMY, along with the Deans and members of the International Relations Department, warmly welcomed the delegation.

During the visit, both universities signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to foster collaboration at the university and faculty levels. The agreement includes cooperation across various faculties such as Education, Humanities and Social Sciences, Science, Technology and Agriculture, and Management Sciences.

Discussions focused on enhancing the academic potential of students and teachers through joint initiatives. Ideas were exchanged on organizing collaborative activities in the near future to further strengthen the partnership between the two institutions.
